When to use Rule 52

The tools are already in use. The operating rules need to catch up.

Rule 52 gives teams a practical first layer: what tools may be used, what information is off-limits, when human review is required, how new use cases are approved, and what records should exist before AI-assisted work leaves the organization.

Staff use is informal

People are using chatbots, embedded assistants, meeting summarizers, writing tools, or automation features before leadership has written clear expectations.

A policy alone is not enough

The pack includes rollout guidance, staff-facing rules, review checklists, approval forms, and, in Pro and higher tiers, registers and leadership materials.

Client delivery needs structure

Consultant and Agency tiers add use rights and implementation framing so advisors can provide repeatable AI policy and governance materials across client engagements.

Generated outputs

What the buyer receives after checkout.

Starter is a focused internal rollout kit. Pro adds leadership, manager, intake, register, and tracking outputs. Consultant and Agency tiers add broader use rights and implementation framing.

FAQ

Questions buyers will actually ask.

What makes Rule 52 different from a static AI policy template?

Buyers complete a guided intake after checkout. Rule 52 uses those answers to produce organization-specific documents, forms, and tracking files. The result is a generated pack matched to the buyer’s workflow, data categories, reviewers, policy owner, cadence, and tier.

Can I edit the documents?

Yes. Generated DOCX and CSV files are intended to be reviewed, edited, adopted, and maintained by the purchasing organization or qualified advisors.

Does this replace legal or compliance review?

No. These materials are for general business use. Regulated, high-risk, or contract-bound organizations should have qualified legal, privacy, cybersecurity, clinical, tax, or compliance professionals review before adoption.

What happens after payment?

Stripe routes buyers to the Rule 52 access page. After payment is confirmed, the buyer completes the intake and downloads the generated files. If the checkout tab closes, the recovery page can restore access from the purchase email.

Can consultants use this for clients?

Only with the Consultant or Agency license. Starter and Pro are internal-use tiers for the purchasing organization. Consultant and Agency tiers add client-use rights while limiting resale, redistribution, or repackaging as a competing standalone product.
